DELIVERABLES ASSOCIATED WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY
SUB-RECIPIENT AGREEMENT 10092
In accordance with the contract for Appraisal Services made and entered on the 9th day of
December 2020, by and between Monroe County hereinafter referred to as the "County" and All
Keys Appraisal Company, Inc. hereinafter referred to as "Consultant" for the Voluntary Home
Buyout Program.
All terms and conditionsof the referenced Contract for Appraisal Services shall apply to this Task
Order, unless the Task Order modifies an Article of the Contract which will be specifically
referenced in this Task Order and the amendment, addition or modification shall be precisely
described.
This Task Order is effective on the 3rd day of June, 2021.

Staffing — the Project Manager shall be Mark MacLaughlin, State Certified General
Appraiser.
Pricing—The cost to complete an appraisalfora home unit is estimated at$490 per unit.
2. Prior to beginning the work, Individual or grouped requests for appraisals on specific
parcels will be subject to a Notice to Proceed issued via email from the County to the
Consultant.

1 This Task Order amends Attachment A-Scope of Work and Pricing to the contract to
include appraisal services for current Fair Market Value (FMV) in addition to pre-storm
FMV for parcels as requested by the County, Only one FMV(pre-storm or current market)
will be requested per parcel. The Notice to Proceed will specify whetherthe parcels are
to be appraised at pre-storm or current market FMV. Pre-storm appraisa Isthat determine
the FMV of the property prior to sustaining Hurricane Irma damage shall have an FMV
valuation date designated asSeptember8l, 2017.
4 This Task Order One shall be effective as of jUae_3 , 2021 and shall remain in
effect until such services are no longer required or in accordance with section 9.5 of the
contract.
S. All other Terms and Conditions of the Task Order shall remain in accordance with the
Contract dated December 9, 2020,
