AMENDMENT TWO TO
AGREEMENT FOR SURVEY SERVICES
BETWEEN MONROE COUNTY AND FLORIDA KEYS LAND SURVEYING,LLC.
This Amendment ("Amendment Two") is made and entered into this 18th day of October, 2023 by
and between MONROE COUNTY ("COUNTY"), a political subdivision of the State of Florida,
whose address is 1100 Simonton Street, Key West, Florida, 33040, thorough the Monroe County
Board of County Commissioners (`BOCC"),
AND
Florida Keys Land Surveying, LLC. a Corporation of the State of Florida whose address is 19960
Overseas Highway, Sugarloaf Key, Florida, 33042, its successors and assigns,hereinafter referred to
as "CONTRACTOR" or"CONSULTANT."
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Agreement for Survey Services ("AGREEMENT") between Florida Keys
Land Surveying, LLC. and the COUNTY was entered into the 17th day of November 2020;
WHEREAS, the AGREEMENT was extended through Amendment One on the 15th day of
November, 2022;
WHEREAS,Amendment One extended the termination date to November 16, 2023;
WHEREAS,pursuant to Paragraph 1.1.9 of the AGREEMENT, as amended by Amendment
One, the AGREEMENT may be extended in one-year increments for up to two (2) additional years;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the
AGREEMENT, as amended, is amended as follows:
Section 1. Recitals and Legislative Intent. The Foregoing recitals, findings of fact, and
statements of legislative intent are true and correct and are hereby incorporated as if fully stated
herein.
Section 2. The AGREEMENT, as amended by Amendment One, is further amended as
follows:
Article 1,Paragraph 1.1.9 The effective date of this AGREEMENT shall be November
17,2020,with an original term date of November 16,2022. The AGREEMENT was extended
through Amendment One on November 15, 2022, with a new AGREEMENT termination
date of November 16, 2023. The COUNTY is extending this AGREEMENT for an additional
one (1) year at the same terms and conditions. The new termination date is November 16,
2024. The COUNTY shall have the option of extending the AGREEMENT for up to one (1)
additional year at the same terms and conditions with approval of the COUNTY's governing
board. Such extension(s) shall be in the form of a written Amendment to the AGREEMENT
and shall be executed by both parties.

The remainder of the terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT remain unchanged by this
Amendment, and continue in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each party caused this Amendment to the Agreement to be
